However, the profile created by Customers in the name of their organization will be the responsibility of the customers to check and publish the correct details to the users of the website. We do not have rights to change the contents of the Customer without their prior notice.

5. Content Ownership

5.1 By Campus Sigma: Subscribers acknowledge and agrees that: (i) as Campus Sigma and subscriber, Campus Sigma own all right, title and interest in the Campus Sigma content and logos; (ii) nothing in this agreement shall confer to subscribers any right of ownership in the Campus Sigma content or Campus Sigma logos; and (iii) Subscribers shall not now or in the future contest the validity of the Campus Sigma logos. No subscribers are granted by either party except for those expressly set forth in the agreement.
5.2 By Subscriber: Campus Sigma acknowledge and agrees that: (i) as between Campus Sigma and subscribers, subscribers owns all right, title and interest in any subscribers content; (ii) nothing in this agreement shall confer in Campus Sigma any subscriber or right of ownership in the subscribers content; (iii) Campus Sigma shall not now or in future contest the validity of subscribers content. Subscribers grant no licenses. Subscribers or its affiliates shall own all derivative works created by subscribers form the Campus Sigma content, to the extent such in separable form the Campus Sigma content.

6: Content Monitoring

6.1 We strive to provide an enjoyable online experience for our users, so we may monitor activity on the service, including in the social, community and public discussion areas, photo and video galleries bulletin boards, forums, chats blogs, personal/job search and other classified ads, and elsewhere, to foster compliance with the agreement.

6.2 You hereby specifically agree to such monitoring.
